Proposed role: team coach / volunteer coordinator…
I'm not sure the title. This is related to #37 for project-manager.
I want someone accountable for:
- regular 1-on-1 checkins with volunteers and team
- verify not only what people are working on but also provide constructive feedback, encouragement etc. and solicit constructive complaints and such from them (asking what they need and making sure that's communicated to the right people etc)
